The iPhone 4, which already does not work unless you stick a rubber band around it, has another problem, this time with its camera.
The expensive gizmo, which is probably the most successful albatross in company history, has been popular even as the press reveal more of its faults.
Now the pro-Apple Sydney Morning Herald has admitted that Apple iPhone 4 users are moaning that their photos are obscured by an annoying coloured tinge.
Snaps are being tainted by blue, yellow and green splotches which the iPhone 4 takes upon itself to place, driving users crazy.
The problem seems to only occur when taking images with the rear-facing camera under fluorescent indoor lighting.
If you do that you get a snap with a blue tint that appears as a circle from the centre of the photo. The front facing camera has the same problem but it is not as severe.
What is interesting is that although the forums are full of complaints about the camera, Apple has made no moves to investigate the problem. Nor has anyone made much of a song and dance about it.
It seems that using a phone which disconnects when you don't hold it the way Steve Jobs tells you, has screen colouration problems, and now faulty cameras has created a similar psychology to those during the London Blitz. In other words: "Life is hell, but we will get through it."
We just wonder how long it will be before the Apple fanboys revolt against the way they are treated.
You, Nick, are delusional. My iPhone 4 works perfectly fine - you are only writing about it's shortcomings to bolster your site's hits. It's a complete waste of time. You have probably never used and iPhone and most likely user an Android based phone (or a Dumbphone).
Consider your site blocked and I shall re-tweet this and name and shame you.
Well done, you've made yourself look ridiculous for everyone to see. Congratz.
I had an iphone 4 and went back to my 3GS.
To be honest, they way Apple have handled this antenna related issue is shocking. Firstly denying it, then offering free cases to fix the problem, which they will not admit is a problem.
I don't think I will ever buy Apple products again if they choose to treat customers like that.
Dave, you can tweet all you want, nobody cares. Another sign of drooling fruity fanbois is their belief that the whole world hangs on their every tweet. Nobody, except fellow fanbois, is reading; get over yourself.
Dan, there is hope for you yet. Once you realize that with FruityCo, there is no choice, you will always get treated like 'useful fools', to quote Lenin, then you will be freed from the fruityco cult and will be able to live a useful, productive life.
Fanboys are getting crazier and crazier. Its disgusting to witness. The iPhone's pretty slick and I confessing to liking them a lot but ow could anyone defend the way Jobs treated customers after the whole antenna debacle.
1st- there ISN'T an antenna issue,
2nd- No, you're holding it wrong (i.e. the normal way everyone holds a phone and the way he held at release in the dev conference)
3rd- Ok, there IS a bit of a fault and we'll give you greedy c_nts a case (q angry facial expressions as though giving your customers a case to fix YOUR problem is somehow their fault)......but hey... Look at all these guys!! they lose signal too!! Never mind the fact that ours is a design flaw and pretty shocking oversight that can be achieved with a single finger rather than smothering the phone like we're doing to the competitors.
Despicable. I love the iPhone but could never excuse that horrible display of arrogance, no matter who it came from.
How crazy/delusional do people have to be to go on to the comments to tell the author that somehow, because their phone works, a problem affecting thousands of users doesn't matter and shouldn't be mentioned.
Then threaten a 're-tweet'??? Wait... does this threat actually hold water? No... no...wait.... delusional fanboy. Who da f%&k on twitter is going to care.
Stop buying into corporate propoganda; Apple's PR machine is amazing though, the kinds of crazy and denial it inspires in people.... People have forgotten that they are consumers and the ones making these companies rich and as such deserve quality and customer service in favour of such neo-uber-brand loyalty.
Do you think ol'Steve Jobs is jumpin on the twitter to defend you for anything Dave?? No major corporation is your friend, chill the fck out.
I discussed it the other day at Gizmodo when they compared the New epic4g with the Iphone 4.

Don't get me wrong, the Iphone 4 camera is still overall one of the best mobile cameras since it has a LED flash and a pretty impressive lens (outdoors its amazing). But it flops with indoor lighting and gives a horrible yellow tinge. The pics look great until you see what the scene ACTUALLY looked like.
You can disagree all you like, but fanboy antics are generally mocked.
The name conjures up
little balls of white light
Jobs got the biggest balls of them all
