Nvidia's Fermi is notoriously camera shy, having eluded most hacks at CeBIT in Hannover a couple of weeks ago. But at the GDC in San Francisco on Thursday, TechEye managed to snap a few surreptitious shots of the long awaited GTX480 card.
Polite requests to photograph the card were quickly crushed by staff manning the Nvidia booth, but this reporter - who never takes no for an answer - found an unmanned (un-gooned?) system, furtively glanced around, balanced precariously on one leg standing atop a flimsy plastic chair and snapped away.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so, please imagine to yourselves that this is a very, very long article indeed. Enjoy.
