Six giants agree they can poach each others' talent -

The long arm of the law has persuaded six big firms that they shouldn't get upset about staff being poached.

Apple, Google, Intel, Adobe, Walt Disney, Pixar and Intuit were accused of the Department of Justice of breaching American antitrust laws – and in a face saving move agreed they'd allow each other to poach, poach and poach again – without admitting liability to the DoJ.

The DoJ had alleged that these firms had colluded with each other to prevent poaching of employees and that  cosy cartels they were engaging in broke the law.

According to the Wall Street Journal, everyone is really happy now. The Justice Department press release page, which we think needs fixing, says on the matter:
